Your ICRR processes personal data to open an International Criminal Record Report in your name, complete KYC, take payment, and deliver the issued document. We do not sell application files and we do not accept employer applications on someone else’s behalf.

What we collect

• Identity details: name, date of birth, nationality, country of birth, address, document type and number
• Contact details: email and telephone
• Images: photo ID, proof of address, two selfies
• Application metadata: route (Basic or Priority), reference, timestamps
• Messages you send through the contact form
• Payment references generated at checkout

Why we use it

To verify you are the applicant, to issue and email the report, to keep a record of the file, and to answer support or privacy requests. The legal bases we rely on are contract (providing the service you asked for) and legal obligation (keeping records that tax and fraud rules require).

Who sees it

Staff who review identity and issue reports. Payment processors see what they need to take the fee. We do not send your report to an employer unless you ask in writing on that file. Hosting and email systems may store copies as part of delivering the service.

How long we keep it

Application files are kept for as long as needed to issue the report and handle queries, then for a limited archive period for disputes and accounting. You can ask us to delete what the law allows us to delete.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of data you provided. Email support@youricrr.co or use the contact page. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) in the UK.
