By starting an application you agree to these terms. You must be the person named on the report. Employer and third-party orders are not accepted.

The service

Your ICRR is a private service that reviews identity information you provide and issues an International Criminal Record Report by email. We are not a public authority and we do not decide whether a hospital, embassy, school or contractor will accept the document.

Prices and timescales

Basic is £179.99 and 12 days from a complete file. Priority is £189.99 and 5 days. Completeness includes accepted KYC and payment. Routes cannot be swapped after you submit. Timescales pause if we need clearer documents.

Refunds

If you are not happy, we offer a full refund within 10 days of the order. The only thing you have to do is speak with live chat during business hours.

Your responsibilities

• Information and images must be true, current and yours.
• You will not upload someone else’s ID or apply in another adult’s name.
• You will check the receiving body’s requirements before you pay.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee acceptance, visa grant, or employment. Apostilles, translations and couriers are extra unless confirmed on the file.
