When the days start counting

The 12-day and 5-day timescales start when three things are true: the form is complete, your documents have been accepted, and payment has cleared. If we need a clearer photo or a matching address document, the clock waits.

What is included

• Application handling and a named reference
• Identity and address review (passport or two-sided ID/licence, proof of address, two selfies)
• Issuance of the International Criminal Record Report
• Email delivery to you — not to an employer, unless you later ask in writing

What is not included unless we confirm it

• Apostille or legalisation
• Certified or sworn translation
• Printed originals and courier
• Country-specific police certificates that a visa post names instead of an ICRR

Refunds and changes

If you are not happy, we offer a full refund within 10 days of the order. The only thing you have to do is speak with live chat during business hours. Routes cannot be upgraded after you submit. If you applied Basic by mistake, you would need a new Priority application — speak with live chat before you pay twice.
